NASHUA, N.H. — Following the conclusion of the 2025 season, members of the state-championship winning boys soccer team were honored with individual accolades by the New Hampshire Soccer Coaches Association (NHSCA).
In addition to the Cardinal players, Tyler VanDeventer was recognized by his peers as the 2025 Division I Coach of the Year after guiding BG to its best season in two decades. For finishing third in the regular-season standings and posting a 16-4 overall record en route to the program’s fifth state title — and first in 21 years — VanDeventer was honored as the state’s top manager.
Three players earned spots on the Granite State first team. The trio of seniors earning the top all-state honors were goalkeeper Beau Boughter, midfielder Andrew Klyop and defender Liam Ireland.
Three others earned second-team honors with junior defender James Guidry, junior forward Ryan Neary and senior midfielder Trenton Cormier all recognized for their strong play and contributions to Bishop Guertin this fall.
On BG’s run to the championship, Boughter, Ireland, Guidry, and Klyop were also selected to the NHIAA All-Tournament Team.
Additionally, Boughter and Ireland were named to the 2025 NHSCA Boys All-State Team, which recognizes the top-11 players, across all four divisions, as chosen by United Soccer Coaches members.
