KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Bishop Guertin girls soccer program was one of just 63 high school programs nationwide recognized with the United Soccer Coaches (USC) Team Pinnacle Award for the 2024–25 academic year.
The Team Pinnacle Award honors programs that exemplify excellence in fair play, academics, and athletic performance.
To qualify, teams must have earned one of the USC’s High School or College Team Ethics and Sportsmanship Awards (Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze), received the Team Academic Award, and achieved a winning percentage of .750 or higher during the season.
The Cardinals had an outstanding 2024 campaign, finishing the regular season as the No. 1 seed in the state playoffs. In addition to their success on the field, the team excelled in the classroom and demonstrated exceptional sportsmanship, earning the USC Team Ethics and Sportsmanship Silver Award in January for completing the season accumulating minimal cards.
Bishop Guertin is the lone high school program from New Hampshire to earn the distinction for 2024 and one of just four programs across New England to receive the honor.
